Remembering Names made easy

“Did you know ? …”

… that we process information through our sensory systems, primarily through seeing, hearing and feeling.

Use this concept to remember names better:

Seeing: As someone tells you their name, visualize the name on their forehead or like a nametag. Hearing: Repeat the name back to them or hear it inside your head a few times.
Feeling: The kinesthetic sense gets acknowledged by shaking the person’s hand or writing their name in the air with your finger.

By doing these three steps, you impregnate that person's name and face in your brain. It makes it much easier to access their name the next time you see that person or speak to them.
